House renovation and extension to period house in Donnybrook.
Model Construction were involved in the renovation and extension of our house in 2010/2011. Our house was built in 1910. The back of the house, including the return had to be completely knocked down and rebuilt, but with the ground floor considerably extended. This part of the house was insulated, rewired and plumbed and underfloor heating was installed. John and Thomas sorted out any snags, returning whenever necessary. They drove the build ensuring that it was completed in good time despite some quite considerable difficulties, not within their control (one of them being heavy snow!).

I cannot recommend Model Construction highly enough. They were hard-working, reliable and ever-obliging. No job was too big or too small. If there was a problem they had a solution. They were also very personable and approachable.
