New house approx. 1600 sq ft. Detached house Knockmena Road. Construction from green field site. Inner leaf of house pre-cast concrete (incl floors/stairs). Outer leaf brick and block with wet dash render. We also made the attic into an open plan bathroom/ensuite. The middle floor consisted of two large bedrooms – both ensuite’s. Downstairs had an open plan kitchen/living room with a sitting room and utility room to the rear of the house.
