Originally this house was a four bed detached. Due to fire damage this house had to be completely gutted and renovated. While renovating we also added another bedroom and built on a large extension to the rear of the house consisting of kitchen and living area. We totally revamped the house from re wiring, re plumbing, and insulating to meet new building regulations. This house was finished to a very high standard, from new oak stairs, solid oak floors throughout and built in wardrobes in every room.
