10 St Ita’s Botanic Avenue Glasnevin
This is our most recent project. We started phase one of the project in January 2015. This project consists of a full refurbishment and extension. The house dates back to the early 1930’s. Structurally this house is unsecure. The extension will need to be piled and existing under pined. The house was uninhabitable for the last ten years and is in great need of refurbishment. The house will need to be fully re wired, re plumbed and under floor heating put in downstairs. The existing and new build will be all built to meet the new building regulations - air tightness and upgraded insulation internal and external. As you can see we are currentlyin the middle of gutting it out and starting the piling.
